2. IMM GLASS BOTTLES RINSERSIMM semi automatic rinsing machines have been designed to wash the bottles.It can work with every kind of glass. The productivity, influenced by the operator's speed, is about 700 Bottles/Hour and the water consumption is approximately 0.1 litre/bottle.The rinsing machine is equiped with basin and 230v-50 Hz single phase rotory pump. In this case, the basin can be filled with water and disinfectant. The solution is pumped to the 12 Nozzles (Appx) when the operator opens the injections by pushing the bottles necks against the gaskets. The whole machine is manufactured with stainless steel AISI 304 and 316.The rinser consists of a stainless steel pipe and tray. The Rinser is connected to a water source like Overhead Tank. The ball valve on the machine is closed position. 12 Bottles ( Approx) are kept up side down in the 12 rubber cups provided., then the ball value is opened water jets in to each of the Bottles.The bottles are thus rinsed of dust particles. Approximately 24 Bottles can be rinsed per minutes.
